Privacy Policy

Effective October 2, 2026

This policy explains what personal data Winning Funnels collects, why, and the choices you have.

1. Data we collect

Account data: your name, email address and a hashed password (we never store your password in readable form).
Research data: the research requests you type, the AI's responses, and the pages, screenshots and analysis saved to your projects.
Billing data: plan, subscription status and credit usage. Card details are collected and stored by Stripe, not by us.
Technical data: standard server logs (IP address, request time and path) used for security and debugging, kept for up to 30 days.

We do not use advertising trackers or sell personal data. The app stores your sign-in session in your browser's local storage; it uses no tracking cookies.

2. How we use it

To provide and secure the Service, run your research, process payments, send essential emails (verification, password reset, billing), prevent abuse, and answer support requests.

Ads Community. Unless you turn it off in Settings (on by default), the funnels you save — the public page URL, screenshot and our analysis of it — are shown anonymously to other members in the Ads Community, and the best-performing ones may appear as examples on our public website. They are never linked to your name, email or account. Turning sharing off removes your saved ads from the Community going forward.

3. Service providers

We share data only with providers that help us run the Service, under their privacy terms:

Anthropic — AI processing of your research requests and the public page content being analyzed.
Supabase — database hosting.
DigitalOcean — application hosting and screenshot storage.
Stripe — payments.
Resend — transactional email.

4. Pages we visit for you

When you run research, our automated browser visits publicly available web pages and stores screenshots and text of them in your account. We do not log in to websites or collect personal data from them on purpose. Saved screenshots are stored at unguessable URLs so the app can display them.

5. Retention and deletion

We keep your data while your account is open. Deleting a project deletes its saved ads and screenshots. Deleting your account (Settings → Delete account) permanently deletes your profile, projects, saved ads, screenshots and conversation history. Billing records may be retained by Stripe as required by law.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Email [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days.

7. Security

We use encryption in transit, hashed passwords, access controls and isolated browsing sessions. No system is perfectly secure; tell us at [email protected] if you find a vulnerability.

8. Children

The Service is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

9. Changes

We will post updates here and notify you of material changes.
