Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Winning Funnels (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them. If you use the Service for a company, you accept these Terms on its behalf.

1. What the Service does

Winning Funnels uses an AI research agent to search the public web for marketing and sales pages in a niche you describe, visits those publicly available pages with an automated browser, captures screenshots, and produces written analysis (for example the hook, offer and positioning). Results are saved to your account.

2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information, keep your password secure and be at least 18 years old.
• You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized use.
• We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or put the Service or others at risk.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service to infringe intellectual property, copy third-party pages wholesale, or pass off others' content, trademarks or testimonials as your own;
• direct the Service at pages that are not publicly accessible, or attempt to reach internal networks, bypass access controls, or overload third-party websites;
• use the Service for unlawful, deceptive or harmful purposes, or to collect personal data about individuals;
• resell, reverse-engineer or abuse the Service, including creating multiple accounts to obtain free credits.

4. Third-party content

Screenshots and page text belong to their respective owners. Winning Funnels provides them to you for internal research, competitive analysis and inspiration only. You are solely responsible for how you use what you learn, including complying with copyright, trademark, advertising and consumer-protection laws when you create your own marketing.

5. AI-generated analysis

Analysis is generated by AI models and may be incomplete or wrong. Domain-age information comes from public domain registries (or web archives when a registry has no date) and indicates how long a domain has existed; on its own it is not evidence of a page's performance.

Revenue figures are estimates, not facts. Estimated monthly revenue ranges are computed by a statistical model from public signals: the domain's position in a public traffic ranking, advertising pixels detected on the page, domain age, the funnel type and the visible or typical price of the offer. Winning Funnels has no access to any business's actual sales. Labels such as "Proven" or "Rising" describe those signals only. Estimates can be wrong by a large margin; do not rely on them for financial, investment or business decisions. Do not rely on the Service as professional, financial or legal advice.

6. Ads Community

By default, funnels you save (their public URL, screenshot and analysis) are shared anonymously in the Ads Community so other members can browse them. Your name, email and projects are never shown. You can stop sharing at any time in Settings; your saved ads are then removed from the Community, except copies other members already saved to their own accounts. Do not save pages that are not publicly accessible.

7. Plans, credits and billing

• AI usage is metered in credits. Each research step consumes credits according to the actual AI processing cost shown in the app. Plan credits refill each billing period and do not roll over; purchased credit packs do not expire while your account is open.
• Paid plans renew automatically each month until cancelled. You can cancel any time from Billing; you keep access until the end of the paid period.
• Plan changes take effect immediately and are prorated by our payment processor, Stripe.
• Except where required by law, payments and used credits are non-refundable. If something went wrong, contact us — we review every request.
• We may change prices with at least 14 days' notice; changes apply from your next billing period.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Third-party websites may block automated visits, which can cause some pages to fail. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

9. Termination

You can delete your account at any time in Settings; this cancels any active subscription and permanently deletes your research data. We may terminate accounts that breach these Terms.

10. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or lost profits.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. If changes are material we will notify you by email or in the app before they take effect. Continued use after that means you accept the updated Terms.
